  • Orders in the Midwest, Eastern, Southeastern and Central states will be delivered in 1 - 3 Business Days
  • Orders in all Western, Southwestern and Pacific states will be delivered within 5 business Days
  • Canadian orders will be delivered within 5 - 7 business days (depending on customs processing)
  • Overseas International orders will be delivered within 5 - 10 business days (depending on customs processing)

These delivery times are not guaranteed.  You will receive a tracking number when your order ships to check the progress and for the exact delivery date.  All orders submitted with different billing and shipping addresses will be delayed and reviewed by our Fraud Prevention staff.  

Is all the merchandise "in stock"

Yes, all of our merchandise is 100% in our hands and ready to ship.  We do not take backorders or drop ship merchandise from our vendors.  If we have an invnetory discrepancy with your order you will be refunded immediately.

Is the merchandise authentic?

Yes, everything we carry is 100% authentic.  We are an authorized dealer for every brand we carry.  This means that all of our merchandise comes directly from our vendors and not from any third parties.

My card was declined

Your card will only be declined by our system for one of the following four reasons.

1) There were insufficient funds in your account to cover the amount of the purchase.

2) You incorrectly entered your billing address.  Your billing address would be that of where you receive statements/bills from your credit card or bank.

3) You incorrectly entered the 3 digit code on from the back of your card.

4) You are using a card issued outside of the United States.  All international orders must be processed through Paypal.

If your card has been declined and you are sure that you met all of the above criteria, please first contact your financial institution to confirm that your card and account are in good standing.  If they have reassured you that everything is in working order and you are still having trouble placing your order please contact our customer service line at 877-742-2660 during business hours so we may assist you. 


Doing so may cause multiple charges to be pending on your account.  When you submit an order for payment (regardless of your payment being declined or not) your financial institution reserves the funds for said purchase.  Premier never actually attains these funds until an order is completed.  You will know that your order has been completed when you receive an email to the address you entered for your account that will detail your order confirmation.  Please contact your financial institution to determine their terms and conditions regarding declined and pending transactions.


Order Cancellations

All order cancellations must be requested within one hour of making the purchase.  We ship orders fast so anything after an hour will be in the shipping processing stage and can not be cancelled.

We are more than happy to accept Paypal payments.  During the checkout process just select Paypal as your payment option.  Please note that all orders processed through Paypal are required to ship to the address on the Paypal account.  If an order is submitted with a different shipping address it will be cancelled without notification.  We only accept instant Paypal payments, Echecks are not accepted.

Returns are allowed on full priced merchandise only.  All sale items purchased are considered final.

Should there be a factory defect or incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a credit to your credit card.  Under these circumstances we will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise. 

We will accept general returns for full priced merchandise, however we do not cover the return shipping costs.  Please note that the original shipping fee is also non refundable.  The reason for this is that we can not recoup the original shipping charge from the carrier. 

We only process refunds on returned merchandise and do not offer size exachanges.  If you would like a different size you can purchase the correct size at your convenience.

All goods must be returned in original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in mint condition

Footwear returns PLEASE read:  If you are returning shoes to us, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box.  Any return we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box will be immediately refused back to you.  In other words, the same way you received them from us.

All our orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of purchase.  Please note that this applies to normal business days.  Weekends and Holidays are not within this time frame.

All rates include shipping, handling, tracking, and insurance.

United States (Lower 48 States) - Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico:  Rates will be calculated at checkout.  Standard shipping will be sent via Fed Ex Ground or USPS Priority Mail depending on the delivery location.

Yes, we do ship to APO addresses.  All APO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service.
